Hosting your event at our Greendale studio is a fantastic option for smaller, intimate gatherings.
How much does a private party package cost?
Our studio package is $400 for up to 8 guests and includes a two-hour, fully guided candle and body butter-making experience.
What's included in the package?
Each guest gets to create one custom candle and one custom body butter to take home, guided by our team throughout the entire process.
How long does the party take?
Plan for about two hours total: roughly one hour for hands-on candle-making, followed by about an hour for the candles to set and cool before they're ready to travel home.
Can we bring our own decorations or snacks?
Absolutely! We welcome decor and carry-in food and drinks to make the space your own. The only restriction is no alcohol on-site.
Can we add more guests?
Yes! Extra guests can be added for $45 each, with a maximum of 12 guests per studio party.
Do you offer a nonprofit rate?

What is a Mobile Pour Party?
It's Operation Wax on the go! We set up everything needed for a full candle-pouring experience at your chosen location, making it easy to host a memorable event without leaving home.
How much does it cost?
Mobile parties are $40 per person for groups of 10 or more, and each guest creates one custom candle to take home.
Can we add other activities?
Yes, add a make-your-own scented body butter station for just $10 per person for an extra layer of pampering and fun.
How long does the party take, and when do you arrive?
We arrive 30 minutes to one hour before your scheduled start time to set up so everything is ready to go. The party itself runs about an hour for candle-making, plus roughly an hour for candles to set before guests take them home.
What areas do you serve?

How do I secure my booking?
A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to lock in your date and time.
What's your rescheduling policy?
Life happens, here's how we handle it:
3+ days' notice: One reschedule allowed at no additional charge.
Less than 48 hours' notice: One reschedule allowed, but any remaining balance becomes due immediately.
No-shows: All payments are forfeited, and no reschedule is offered.
