Are Operation Wax candles safe / non-toxic? Yes! Every candle is hand-poured in small batches using a premium paraffin and soy wax blend. All of our home and body products are made phthalate and paraben-free.

What's the difference between your cotton wick and wood wick candles? Cotton wick candles burn with a traditional, quiet flame, while wood wick candles produce a gentle crackling sound as they burn. Both use the same phthalate and paraben-free wax blend, just a different wick experience.

Where are Operation Wax products made? All candles, wax melts, and body fragrance products are hand-poured and crafted in our Candle Studio located in Southridge Mall, Greendale, Wisconsin.

Where is Operation Wax located? Operation Wax has a candle studio inside Southridge Mall at 5300 S 76th St, Greendale, WI 53129. We are located on the lower level in Center Court next to Claire's.

Can I make my own candle at Operation Wax? Yes! Our Candle Studio offers a make-your-own-candle experience at our Southridge Mall location, where you choose a vessel and scent and pour your own candle.

Do you host candle-making parties or private events? Yes, we offer candle making parties! Please see our Candle Making Parties page for group sizes, pricing, and booking details.

What are your studio hours? We accept walk-ins an hour after we open until 2 hours before closing. You may also schedule a seat ahead of time.

Do you ship candles, or only sell in-store? Both! Our products are available to order online with shipping, and in person at our Southridge Mall studio.
